Hollow Metal Pressed Steel (HMPS) Doors

These are fire rated doors and come with a 2 hour fire rating

They are fabricated using 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheets

The door shutter is supplied along with the door frame

They have a honey comb paper (Honicel) and PU foam infil

The shutter size is 46 mm 

Optional door hardware includes mortise deadlock and cylinder (Coburn), tower bolt, pull handles, vision panel (Schott), panic bar (Yale), door closer (Kich)

Hilti brand M10 x 100 anchor fasteners 10 nos per single leaf door

Before placing your order, the customer needs to decide on the opening direction so that the door shutter can be fabricated accordingly.

We have ready stock of a wide range of doors and windows at our premises at Byculla with many models on display. The doors are available in standard sizes. 

The doors are spray painted to a range of RAL colours as per the requirement. 

Doors can be made to custom size requirements as single leaf or double leaf doors
